Returns
The
IZ-UV72 Induct IZ-500MG water ozonator, and IZ-PCO come with a
no-questions-asked 30 day money back guarantee from the time the
unit(s) arrive. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
return the unit(s) for a full refund (minus the actual shipping
charges). Please call us for a RMA number before retuning any items
for shipping instructions.
Ionic
Zone ozone generators come with a 7 day money back guarantee. We do
charge a $25 per day rental fee from the time the ozone generator
arrives to the time it is sent back if you choose not to keep the
unit. We do this to prevent those who only need the use of an ozone
generator for a "one time" event to get free usage as ozone generators
rent for around $20-$30 per day. Therefore, if you decide not to keep
it, you will be charged a rental fee which will be deducted (along with
shipping cost) from your refund.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Ionic Zone LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Ionic Zone LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ionic Zone LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Ionic Zone LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Ionic Zone LLC without notice at any time, for any reason.
