It features 18 lbs of a special VOC carbon mix, a True HEPA filter with 40 sq. ft (10 pleats per inch) of HEPA material, a Swiss made motor for quite operation and 560 CFM air moving capacity (2 air changes per hour in 2000 sq ft room) and the benefits of an MCS air purifier due to a host of design innovations and features. (Air not drawn over motor, no plastic gaskets, etc). The HEPA and Carbon filters will last over 5 years run 24/7. Simply vacuum or replace the pre-filter every 4 months for best results.
