Ionic Zone is a private company that has been in business since 2002. We have well over 15,000 happy past customers (and about 8 unsatisfied customers) since 2002. By providing great service, low prices, and great value products, we have managed to continue growing year in and year out.

Up until 2008, Ionic Zone was primarily an importer (from China and Taiwan) of electronic air cleaning products and re-sellers of top brand air purifiers and health products. In 2009, we decided to start making our own ozone generators after noticing a higher than acceptable failure rate in the ozone generators we were importing from China. Compared to our water ozonator which has a very low failure rate, we didn't have any luck finding and private labeling any ozone generators from China. Why? Most issues had to do with wiring. Ozone is very corrosive and quickly corrodes wire connections as ozone corrodes all metals except stainless steel. Ozone also damages timers, mother boards, relays, and other electronic components over time.

Unlike other vendors who charge high prices for their ozone generators in order to cover for the high failure rate in these types of products, we decided that we would design and manufacture ozone generators which could withstand the test of time and that could be offered at a low price. The result is our innovative ozone generator design that removes all "prone to fail" parts in lieu of an easy access design that will provide years of carefree service. We now back our ozone generators with a lifetime warranty (transformer).

In early 2010, we moved to an office-warehouse facility that could accommodate our manufacturing needs. We plan on selling our ozone generators to local dealers nationwide starting in Spring of 2010.
