All of the non-Ionic Zone products ship directly from the factory.  Those products come with 3-10 year parts and labor warranty from the U.S. factory.  The Ionic Zone IZ-UV72 comes with a 10 year warranty. The HEPA Ionizer and IZ-270 have a 1 year parts and labor warranty  by Ionic Zone Llc. of Nevada. 

Warranty details: If anything fails during the warranty period, and the damage was not caused by water, the use of an unauthorized power source, or general negligence (dropping unit, etc) we will fix the defective part or replace the unit free of charge.  Call 702-380-4280 first to get an RMA number and shipping instructions.

Restocking Fees

Ionic Zone products do not have any restocking fees.  Austin Air, Airfree, and Air Oasis air cleaners do not have restocking fees unless they are returned damaged.  NQ Industries does not have a restocking fee unless the unit is returned damaged or the filters show more than nominal usage. (Some people try to be slick and exchange their filters from an previously purchased machine then return the unit ....won't work, they'll know).  Airpura has a restocking fee but they let you keep the filters.
