Zone Warranty - Guarantees
One of the nice things about doing business with IonicZone is the quality of our customer service. You'll never have to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes when you give us a call! You'll always get to talk to someone that can offer fast, courteous assistance, not the run around.
We offer a 90 day low price guarantee on everything we sell. If the price goes down or you find the same product for less elsewhere within 90 days, call us and we'll refund the difference plus add 10%.
Warranty Details
Ionic Zone offers different warranties on our different products. Our IZ-500 for instance comes with a 1 yr parts and labor warranty that covers everything except damage from water, the use of an unauthorized power source, or general negligence (dropping unit, etc). If the unit fails within 1 year and none of the above apply, we'll gladly fix the defective part or replace the unit free of charge. Our ozone generators come with an industry best lifetime warranty on the power transformer. The wiring and box come with a 10 year warranty. The fan comes with a 1 yr warranty from the fan manufacturer. Ozone plates are not covered by the warranty. Left dirty to run in humid areas, you can burn through and ozone plate within 100 hours easy. Our easy open design allows you to wipe the ozone plate and keep it grime free which will ensure long life. Replacement plates are available for $15 / free S&H.
If you should need warranty work, you must first call us Toll Free at 800-549-9535 during our business hours in order to get an RMA number and shipping instructions.
Guarantee Details
All Ionic Zone products except our shock ozone generators come with a 1 month no questions asked money back guarantee. (minus shipping costs) Our ozone generators, since they can also be rented, do not come with a money back guarantee beyond 1 day. If you receive the unit and you're not happy with it, then we will give you your money back as long as you don't use it first for a few days to try and get over on us instead of just renting a machine (cheap skate!) Other vendors charge re-stocking fees or don't offer a money back guarantee since ozone generators are a rentable item. We however don't want to keep your money if you're not happy! As long as you call us right away, there's not problem mon! If you keep it for a few days however, we'll have to charge you an applicable rental fee, fair is fair.
